School Uniform Collection Bins at Wokingham, Woodley, Finchampstead and Lower Earley Libraries

This Summer we are supporting the charity First Day’s New School Uniform Campaign.FD School Uniform Bin Poster

At First Days they believe that every child deserves the same start in life. They work to empower and enable communities by helping to redistribute their baby and toddler preloved equipment, furniture, toys and clothing to families who need them the most.

First Days want to help families by offering a service, which not only helps but also offers them a way to provide for their young families. They like to think of their service as a ‘gift’. The parcels are given to families who simply cannot meet the demands of the cost of living. First Days work via childcare professionals to identify the families. Working this way gives families dignity and the chance to support their family, the best way they can.
