What’s On in Maiden Erlegh Library August 2016

At Maiden Erlegh Library, we are running the following events throughout August 2016.

  • Children’s Writing Course Places must be booked. On Tuesday, August 2, 9, 16, 23  from 3.15pm to 4pm
  • Rainbow Fairy Get Arty Just drop in, £1.50 charge. On Thursday August 4 from 2.30pm to 3.30pm
  • Dahl Get Arty Come and make some fun arts and crafts inspired by Roald Dahl’s characters. Create a Mr Fox mask or a Mr Twit beard and other fun activities.  For children aged 12 and under. £1.50 charge. On Thursday August 11 from 2.30pm to 3.30pm.
  • Crime Book Group Come and discuss meet to discuss new books and favourites. Places must be booked. On Saturday August 13 from 10.30am to 11.30am
  • Fur and Feathers Come and meet some Birds of Prey with talk and hands on experience. For families with children aged 5 and over. £3.50 charge, Place must be booked. On Tuesday August 16 from 2pm to 3pm.
  • The Enormous Crocodile Come and hear the story of The Enormous Crocodile and make some fun crocs to take home. £2 charge, Just drop in! On Thursday August 18 from 2.15pm to 3pm
  • Storytime – For children aged 5 years old and under. Free. Just drop in! On Saturday August 20 from 10.15am to 10.45am

Tuesday: 2.30pm – 5pm
Thursday: 10am – 12.30pm and 2.30pm – 5pm
