Hooray for Mr Toad! Theatre Show – Join the indomitable Mr Toad! and his well-loved friends Ratty, Mole and Badger as they battle against the terrible Crimson Scar and fight to save the river in this EPIC new adventure! Presented by the Quintessentially British Theatre Company. Suitable for all the family, places must be booked, £5 charge per person. At Woodley Library on Monday February 13 from 2pm to 3.30pm.

Guide Dogs Morning – Just drop into learn and meet guide dogs and their owners. Take part in some fun activities and craft activity.  At Wokingham Library on Monday February 13 from 10am to 12noon

Life’s Little Bugs Story session – Come and meet author Tina Stubbs and meet the Little Bugs,fun story session with activities. For children aged 7 and under, free just drop in! At Wargrave Library on Monday February 13 from 4pm to 4.30pm and at Maiden Erlegh Library on Saturday February 18 from 10.15am to 10.45am.

Gruffalo Storytime – Join in with this classic story and create your own Gruffalo mask. For the under 8’s, just drop in, £1.50 charge. At Maiden Erlegh Library on Monday February 13 from 2.30pm to 3.30pm

Baby Sensory – Free taster from Baby sensory, place must be booked. At  Wokingham Library  on Thursday February 16 from 10am to 10.30am

Mini Professors – Taster Session for children aged 2 to 5 years old, with science based fun. Places must be booked. At Wokingham Library on Thursday February 16 from 11am to 11.30am.

Sand Art – Just drop in and create a sand art picture with Kids Bee Happy with Maddi. £3 per picture, For children aged 4 to 11 years old.

Model Animal Library Trail Created by pupils from Addington School

Addington School pupils have created some wonderful model animals which have escaped to some of the local libraries. Come and explore 5 of our libraries whilst you hunt for the 14 different animals hiding amongst the books.

The animals will be residing at the libraries throughout February, pick up a trail sheet at Wokingham, Woodley, Winnersh, Maiden Erlegh or Lower Earley Library and begin the trail.

Record the library you found them in, then hand in your completed booklet to be entered into the prize draw.
